Found a property you like?  Ready to make it your home?  Here at JCS Realty we try to make the application process as simple as possible-- we know you have other things to worry about (like which rug will look best in your new living room)!  You can apply online, 24 hours a day, by going to the Rental Listings page located under the Leasing Tab on our homepage.  From here, locate the property for which you are interested in applying, enter your information and submit.  If you don't want to apply online and would rather stop by to see us, no problem--we love visitors!  Stop by our office anytime from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, and one of our Leasing Agents will be happy to assist you through the applicaiton process or answer any questions you may have.

All persons over the age of 18 who will be living in the home must submit an application.  Non-refundable application fees are currently $29.50 per adult for processing.
